Bought for my best friend's 70th, cutting it fine with my timing!! Small hiccup with Royal Mail sitting on it for a week when it was 24 hour delivery. No fault of Me&McQ, and as soon as I realised 2 days in I contacted them they sent a replacement direct to my friend complete with my message and it arrived the next day just in time for her birthday. Needless to say she loved it - how could you not? Beautifully constructed and so pretty.... as are all their cards - I keep all past cards as they are too good to throw away. I'm currently trying to decide which are my favourite Xmas ones are for this year. A company with wonderful products and exceptional customer service!!
