Bad customer service and delivery.

Ordered a birthday card I noticed a few days later it still hadn't turned up so I messaged the company, got a reply saying they can do some kind of email to the lady who's birthday its is, obviously this wasn't going to work for this occasion so I said I would like another card sent out as the other hadn't been sent, so the next day I still sat waiting expecting there to be another card sent as I asked, and out of blue with no message they just refunded me!! I never once asked to be refunded I just asked for the card to be sent. Disgraceful company. Now they've seen the bad review and have finally got back too me with a long snotty sounding message explaining that they meant they would send the card personally for me and write whatever I wanted on the card. . . But still I would decline this as its very personal and I want to write my own message in my own writing and write my OWN personal message. So they took the decision out of my hands and refunded when I simply asked for what I paid for to be sent out.
